St Mark's Students learn vital life saving skills!
As part of the British Heart Foundation's #restartaheartday on Monday 16th October students from Year 8 and Sixth Form took part in excellent workshops to learn vital CPR life saving skills run by the amazing St Georges Emergency Medicine Society.
Students really loved the interactive sessions and got hands on training from experts on the day. All students in Year 8 and some of our Sixth Formers have now had this great opportunity and we very much hope to repeat it annually as we mould our students into life long learners who are able to respond in case of an emergency. One student said "I've really loved learning these life saving skills, I think I'd like to be a paramedic when I am older."
